Cant access anything site down

  Clicked the update to update my plugins and now my site has been down 5hrs. At first it said it was going through site maintenance now it just comes up white. Not sure what to do since there is no way to get on the back end of the site either.

  What website is this for?

  Keep in mind that if the site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers, then the forums at https://wordpress.org/support will be better for this question. Here’s a bit about the differences- https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
