Can’t access backend of site ? It shows me a test website that was built tears ago

    Hello

    I have log in details for the backend of the website http://www.water21.org.uk/ When logged in I can’t see the details and pages of this website. All I see is a test site in the backend where someone was looking at a template. How do O access the actual live website, please?

    The site I need help with is http://www.water21.org.uk/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with TSO.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
