Can't access backend of WordPress
-
Hi,
I can’t seem to be able to access the back end of my website
http://loyshphotography.com/wp-admin/index.phpI can only see my galleries in the ‘Galleries’ section but can’t view anything else such as Posts, Pages, Media, etc (all of them).
I don’t know what my initial set up was as I had a company design the site and the only Login details he gave me was the above link and the user ID: admin with a password.
I’m at a loss here as I can’t edit my site both on Safari or Firefox and I need to access it.
Furthermore… because the site is custom made – the designer had told me to never update through wordpress because it would stuff up all the custom settings.
HELP! Please help me access my Loysh Photography page via the backend like I normally can do!
Thanks!
Lisa

Hi Lisa,
It looks like the blog you need help with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site. These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
For information on the differences between the two, check this support page here:For WordPress.org support, you can visit:
https://wordpress.org/support/
You can find all the documentation for WordPress.org (lessons, troubleshooting, etc.) here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
Hope this helps!
