Can’t Access Blog

  So I just created my blog and cannot access the domain that was registered. Domain is http://hilltopshop.org. Does it take some time for the custom domains to get created/registered, or could there be a problem with the registration process?

  Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
