can’t access blog; being fowarded to my other blog

This is really weird; my primary blog has vanished. It hasn’t been deleted but whenever I try to access it (from its URL or from the admin side), I’m automatically forwarded to my older blog. I can still see all the posts from my primary blog, and I can still edit it, I just can’t see it. Blog A has confused itself with Blog B and any attempt to get to Blog A leads to Blog B. It’s acting really strange. Any ideas??

Have you tried accessing the blog’s front page when you’re not logged in? Sounds like you might need a staff fix, but at this point we can’t rule anything in or out.

I think I’m having a similar problem. When I’m logged in to WordPress, my blog jackhappy.com forwards to one of my other blogs at nickreynolds.com. In fact the Jackhappy.com blog has lost it’s own sidebar content and has the sidebar content from the nickreynolds.com blog. Very odd. Any ideas?

Definitely contact staff. I’d use the email for this one, since the blog itself is scrambled and you can hardly leave that up for five hours. Email support at wordpress dot com. They will have to get in there and fix things for you, PRESUMING that these blogs are both at WordPress.com.

I’m not having the problem anymore. I didn’t do anything other than come back 12 hours later. Nickreynolds, is yours working again?

thesacredpath, these are in fact private family blogs, so I was hesitant to add the links. But thanks for responding. Hopefully the problem stays resolved…
