Can’t access blog, can’t get response from wordpress, can’t re-up my domain, literally can’t do anything and no help provided.

  I’m trying to access a wordpress site that expired. I no longer have access to the email address I used to set up the site (it was a college email that expired after I graduated). It wouldn’t be a big deal if I could get ANY help from WordPress…at all. I just need to login to the account and re-enter new payment information to get my site back up and online. There’s a ton of content and it’s totally gone. I have no access to any of my articles, videos, etc.

  If you no longer have access to the email address connected to the account, have you tried logging in with only the username and password? Once you’ve logged in you can change your email address to one you have access to. Since there is no sharing of email addresses between WordPressdotcom accounts, you won’t be able to add one that is already connected to another WordPressdotcom account.
