Can't access blog in 'view blog'

  Hi

  I can get into word press and see my dashboard but when I want to view the blog I can’t. When I click on from an external link I can’t access it either. It’s happening to both my blogs. Can you advise please?

  Is your ISP Talk Talk, perchance? There’s a sticky thread at the top of the forum you should see if it is.

  It is yes, but I have no problems with any other website so it’s curious it’s just this one. Surely must be a problem at word press end?

  Not always – a year or so back most of a country in South America was blocked from seeing WordPress.COM blogs – turned out that the largest ISP in the country had something set wrong in their network. Since the internet is so interconnected it took out many of the smaller ISP’s ability to have users access WordPress.COM blogs – took WP engineers and engineers from the South American ISP quite a while to chase down the bad setting.

  I am sure that WordPress.COM engineers and systems people are working with Talk Talk and any other ISP that is having this access problem – it is in nobody’s best interest to have trouble accessing anyone’s blogs
