Can’t access blog or login but i can access WP Admin

I read thru many of the former posts that are similar but can’t find a solution. I have access to my WP Admin but cannot get to my actual blog. From WP Admin (“Visit Site”), i just get the following message and times out.
Or try to enter the url walkwdeo.wordpress.com but nothing happenes. Nothing. Just times out.
I tried emptying my cache and cookies for both my browsers that I use. The same on my phone and other’s computers. Please help!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The good news is that your site “The Lees in Cambodia” loaded instantly for me. Are you possibly accessing your site on a slow connection? Or from a specific country that might be blocking WordPress.com?
