Can't access blog to write on laptop; app on phone works

On my laptop, WordPress won’t open my blog so I can write a new post. It just sits there blinking instead of showing me my blogs, stats, anything. I can access it fine from my phone, but I don’t want to type a whole post on my phone. Anything to be done about this?

Can you tell us what browser you’re using, including the version number? You can get that info here:
Please try clearing your browser cache, and restart your modem/router.
If that doesn’t help, can you check if it works in a different browser?

I’m using Chrome 94.0.4606.81. I cleared the cache, but that didn’t appear to make a difference. Perhaps this is a glitch on WordPress’s side of things?
However, the dashboard opens in Microsoft Edge. That isn’t as convenient, but at least I can access it and write posts now. Thanks for that suggestion.

It’s working fine for me in Chrome, so it’s not a problem on our end.
And the fact that it works for you in Edge points to the problem being with your specific installation of Chrome.
Can you log in using an incognito window in Chrome and see if it works then? If it does, it’s most likely a setting or a browser add-on in Chrome causing the problem. In particular, ad blockers and privacy add-ons can cause a problem like you described, when they block the JavaScript code the site needs to work.
If incognito mode or disabling your browser add-ons don’t help either, let us know and we can try something else.
