Hi there!
It looks like you had opened a dispute that finalized in your favor and the subscriptions were refunded – that’s why they disappeared from your account. If you’d like to keep using Business plan, you’ll want to repurchase it directly from My Site>Plans>Plan.
Once you’ve purchased the plan we can recover the domain for you so you do not need to register a new one when purchasing the plan.

No problem. You’ll see that I emailed you a payment form for $18. That covers the renewal that was missed with us. Once that has been paid you can proceed with the transfer.

Hi @robinbanerjee5, sorry to hear it. It looks like you had a business plan, but told your bank the charge for that was invalid. Can you contact them to get that corrected? You’ll need to close the fraud investigation, then respond here.
Alternatively you can pay the chargeback fee and re-purchase the plan.

@robinbanerjee5 after looking through your other threads, here’s what we know:
Whoever paid for your business plan asked the bank for a refund, and got it.
Therefore we need you to pay for the chargeback fee first, then re-purchase the plan, if you’d like to have a business plan on your site.
