    I cannot access my site or post –

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I don’t see anything on this end that would be preventing you from doing that.

    First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    My browser is Safari – its up to date – last time you told me to get rid of Firefox and I did – you said it was problematic

    I don’t use browser extensions or add ons.

    cookes etc cleared

    safari says browser is not supported. – so that would mean going back to Firefox which you said wasn’t any good 6 months ago… totlaly confused I am NOT computer literate – live alone and am 77 years old.

    When I use it it takes me not to my site but another one of yours.
