    can anyone help me access my dashboard to update wordpress and plugins?

    Hi there,

    I checked your site. It is not hosted on WordPress.com, your domain christycass.com points to Hostgator. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user.
    This forum is dedicated to WordPress.com.

    I will still try and help you. It seems that this error maybe cause due to plugin or theme conflict. Try disabling all plugins by following this guide and switch to any default (Twenty*) theme.
    If issue is resolved then enable plugins one by one to narrow down to the cause of the issue.
