Can't access dashboard
-
Can’t access dashboard; have cleared cache and cookies. Tried several computers.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
We are running a test for new users. While your account is too old to be included in the test, it may still be affected.
When you go to https://berkshirevoiceswwi.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ what happens? Are you directed to your WordPress.com Reader or something else?
For the thread about the test, please see:

I’m not getting the usual menu with dropdown menu leading to the dashboard at all, just a blue lie at the top saying My Blogs and Reader, neither of which work.
Worse still, it was Ok on this computer when I was logged in under my other username, occasionalhope; when I tried it again here as berkshirerecordoffice it broke the setup for occasionalhope and my other blog, http://www.mykindofcountry.wordpress.com, and I’m now not able to access the dashboard for that one either. Please help!

Aha! It’s your new account that caused this to happen.
I have sent you an email with a link that will reset things for both accounts.
-
Thank you – hopefully that will solve it. I thought I was being efficient separating the two blogs with different usernames, but obviously not ;)

Hi occasionalhope,
Having two usernames is perfectly fine. Your new one just ended up in a short-term test we’ve been running for a small number of our new signups, and that affected both blogs.
Once you follow the directions I sent you, you should be fine from here on out.

Thanks again. I think the email went to my work email address, so I can’t access it until tomorow, but hopefully it will be OK then.

Hi again,
I’ve sent the email to your other email address as well, so one to each of your WordPress.com account email addresses.
