cant access dashboard

  dear wp,

  i can’t access my blog, wordpress.com sites or dashboard from my static ip 49.213.18.199 is that blocked?

  im also already clearing cache but still can’t access it.

  Hi there – We are not blocking your IP. Have you tried loading your site in an alternate browser, such as Chrome to see if it’s a browser-related issue? Are you able to load other WordPress.com sites, such as these:
  http://wordpress.com/fresh/
