Can't access Dashboard

  I was running a regular update on WP, and after it was finished every time I want to go to the dashboard I get the following:

  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare options_permalink_add_js() (previously declared in /www/adeladetry.com/htdocs/detryamorena/wp-admin/includes/options.php:96) in /www/adeladetry.com/htdocs/detryamorena/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 1516

  I am able to see my site, and it works fine, but I can’t access anything from WordPress that is on the top black bar, including Dashboard or My Profile.

  What can I do?
