Can't access dashboard

I’ve been asked to remove some photos from a blog I stopped making about two years ago. I’d lost interest, but another reason I gave it up was that a software glitch stopped me accessing the dashboard. This was the message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home4/joeg4529/public_html/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 149

So now I can’t take the photos off, nor make the site private. Please help, and soon.
    The website was jamesferronanderson.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
