Can't access dashboard / admin page

  Hi there.

  I had a wordpress blog with plugins called mercysurvivors.com . One day, i discovered i could not access the admin page, and eventually i was not able to access any other page apart from the home page. I found at one point that i was able to log in and export the blog, and shortly after that i had no access again. When i tried to log in, the admin page would either not load at all, or would come up blank, or show that page that says “internet explorer cannot find page”. In the same week, a guy with an award winning wordpress blog lost his blog too because of the same problem. Now it can’t even be viewed, not even the cached pages are working now.

  So i changed the blog to mercysurvivors.wordpress.com, an set up a divert on the old domain name mercysurvivors.com . This was working fine. I didn’t install any plug ins, just picked a theme and haven’t done too much with it. But now, i can’t log into the admin page again. I can log in (althought it keeps loading but never gets to the admin page, so i have to refresh the home page and then my sign in name appears at the top). When i click on my log in name in the top right hand corner and click on “edit my profile” or try to access the admin page, it goes to “internet explorer cannot display page”.

  Am i being hacked? Is there some way i can make the blog more secure? What is going on? Please help!

  I am not overly tech savvy so pretend you’re explaining it to a 10 year old.

  It was hosted by wordpress.com, however it has now been removed and exported to mercysurvivors.wordpress.com and a divert has been set up at mercysurvivors.com .

  I am now having the same issue at mercysurvivors.wordpress.com
