Please help!
I have 2 wordpress.com websites. My main website is offline. The new website can go away for now, but I’ve been charge $500 and I don’t even know what it is for! I’ve been trying to change some things on my active website to set it up with a different URL and email. The whole thing crashed earlier this week. I can’t get into the dashboard at all. I really don’t know what to do! Please help me.Thank you!

Hi Sue –
Thanks for getting in touch. I’ll be happy to help.
Looking at uniquelearners-suehegg.com I can see that it does not use our system from WordPress.com. The domain is registered through Bluehost and you also use them to host the site.Looking further at your account with us on WordPress.com I can see that you purchased a 2 year hosting plan, on the business level, for uniquelearnersu.com. We can help you with a refund if that was done in error.
It looks like you need to connect uniquelearners-suehegg.com to your account here. Then you’ll have everything in one space. We can help you with that. I just want to be certain on what your plan is first.

Oh, thank you! I would like to keep my domains at Bluehost.
I would like the two websites to be kept separate on WordPress.
Yes, the 2 year hosting plan was done in error. I have no idea how I even signed up for that.
I will try to follow your links to fix them, but considering how much I messed up in the first place, I may need your help. I will let you know in a follow-up reply.
BTW, we are expecting our first grandchild, and her parents are planning to name her Zinnia. :) What a beautiful name! ;)
Thank you!

Sue –
Congratulations! That’s wonderful news about your grandbaby. Zinnia’s are one of my favorite flowers that I grow on my farm.
I have refunded your $421.63 which was the 2 year hosting plan we talked about before. Those funds could take up to 2 weeks to reach you.
Going forward, what we need to know is if you’re going to continue using Bluehost for your sites or if you want to use WordPress.com. If using Bluehost you will need to contact them for support or rely on the volunteer network at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Thank you! I will contact Bluehost today. We will work on getting the site back up.
I appreciate your help!
