Cant access dashboard because of settings change to https

    I accidentally change the settings to https and now can’t access the dashboard.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another host.

    Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here, though many hosting providers have their own process for this via their hosting control panel.

    Depending on your setup, you might be able to fix this yourself using those instructions. If not, please contact your hosting provider directly for help.

    Once you have access to your site again, also work with your hosting provider for getting a SSL certificate set up for your site – each hosting provider has their own process for doing this, and there’s a few steps you need to complete before you can change the site URL settings to https :)
