It’s been a while since I logged into to the dashboard. I just tried and keep getting an error.
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

– Check to see if you have an admin email with clues
– Ask your host to check error logs
– Try copying and pasting the error message into a web search to see if other people have had this and what they did to fix it. I’d recommend reading a few of these, and going over them with your host.
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
