Can't access dashboard (or blog)

  When logging into my wp.com blog, I am able to login, but cannot access my dashboard, edit posts, create new posts, etc.. Essentially, there’s little I can do. I see the top menu in the browser upon login but that is it. It also happens on another wordpress.com account that I have. Can anyone help? I’m dead in the water and can’t blog.
