Can't access dashboards

  I have five blogs. On my Ipad, it’s easy to move from one to the other. On my desk top when I click My Sites I get the the Stats page for the chosen site. No way to get back to Home page, just stats. No way to view my site as it appears to my readers. No matter what I do I am brought back to the stats. I used to be able to click onto an article and be directed to the site Now nothing I do gets me anything but the stats page. How do I simply get to the main blog screen where I can click onto the articles and where I can see how they appear online. Previously everything worked beautifully. Now there are constant ‘upgrades’ which merely confuse. I don’t want anything ‘new’. I want what I am accustomed to. Easy access to the online site and easy access to create a new post of page.

  Hi there –

  Can you tell me which browser you are working in on your iPad and computer? Or are you using the mobile and desktop apps? If so, please share the versions of each.

  Aloha … Sorry about the delay.

  I’m using Chrome 21 with AOL on a desktop. I work on the larger desktop
  On a whim, I tried Internet Explorer and found I can access the various blogs, but have to log in. Previously I had the anchor blog on my tool bar and clicked to the anchor and could easily access the others.

  But I am pleased to see I can access if I use IE. The problem was that when I was given the list of sites to select one … the icons always took me to the stats page and there was NO way once there, to get to the relevant home page. Which is the one I obviously want since it’s linked to the dashboard.

  Anyway, at least I can work around this. And I thank you for reminding me that there are various browsers and maybe an alternative would work.

  I’m happy to hear that you’ve found a way to access the blogs. When you sign in to your account, you’ll want to click on My Sites in the upper left corner of the screen. That is where you will find all of them listed. Simply click on the one that you wish to edit.

  It will help to update the Chrome browser on your computer as the current version is 55. That should fix up the issue quickly.
