Can’t access domain or dashboard

I purchased a domain and WordPress account yesterday . I received the activation email, modified the account some (fon, color, etc.) but I’m not getting the login link and can’t access my account. I’ve checked my spam folder and tried resending multiple times. My bank account shows a pending WordPress charge. Please help me regain access.
