Can’t access domain, website, or live chat now

I lost connection to my website https://residentialelectricmi.com. I get this message: “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support.” I can see my purchase history and receipts, but now the domain and my wp plan aren’t connected with my account?
I can’t even chat with live support because my plan isn’t connected with my account now. Would love help ASAP so I can get my website back up.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I was trying to attach my domain to my website, and somehow it seems like Jetpack got disconnected. Now it won’t reconnect because my domain is no longer associated with my account – but it kind of shows that it is. The domain hasn’t been transferred or anything. I really need some help here, and my business isn’t functioning right now because of this. Thank you.
