Can't access editor in appearance

  I want to be able to access my files to my website. When I go to appearance, there is not button for editor. I believe my files are hosted on WordPress and I have my domain through GoDaddy. I did a bit of researching on permissions but don’t know where to change them. Can someone point me in the right direction.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  May I ask what are you trying to do?

  Appearance > Editor is only available in the dashboards of self-hosted WordPress.org based sites.

  upcominghiphop.net is hosted on WordPress.com and hence Editor is not available.

  In case you are unaware, please check the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  Yes that is what I am trying to do.

  Am I able to switch my site from WordPress.com or .org ?

  yes you can switch your blog from wordpress.com to .org. for this you have to buy hosting and install wordpress. then export wordpress from wordpress.com in xml form and import into wordpress on your hosting from dashboard.
