Can’t access element to change the look of my main site page

    I can log into my Word Press.com account fine. However, I don’t see the button I need to revise my Home Web Site page. A few times I get kicked into WordPress.org but I can’t log onto it. I tried Forgot Password to xxx.org using an old Verizon email address and it sends it. Don’t remember using .org to build the site, only .com.
