Can’t access email or wordpress account since since associating website domain

  Hello, NEED HELP

  I’ve lost access to my email, (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is wordpress account number: infofa8623b177d after a domain association at domain.com. Because I can not access my email, I can not log into my account to address any of this. When I attempt to log into wordpress, it sends a link to the email that I can not access. Thus, the crux of the problem.

  I’ve sent multiple emails to the wordpress account recovery via my personal email and have not received any responses.

  My domain service, domain.com has informed me that I need wordpress to update the MX record to:

  Type: MX

  Host: @

  Priortity: 1

  Value: SMTP.GOOGLE.COM

  not sure how I’m going to get this fixed if no one replies to my emails for help!! Any ideas???

  Hi there!

  It looks like the domain you mentioned is on another WordPress.com account. I also noticed that it currently has domain.com nameservers. Just to clarify, the DNS records we add to the domain on our end will not take effect until the nameservers are pointed to us.

  Because the domain is registered with domain.com, you’ll need to change its nameservers on their dashboard.

  I found an open ticket with you from that account, so we’ll respond to that ticket with more information. (We’ll cc the email address you mentioned in your last reply.)
