Can’t access from web

I’m hosting a website with my Qnap NAS and am completely frustrated because I can access the website from the LAN but not the web. The router is forwarding the correct ports and I re-installed/re-initialized the db multiple times without success. I’m ready to hire an expert to fix it. I’m sure it’s something stupid simple.
