Can't access G Suite after purchase

  I previously had the email for my website being forwarded to my personal gmail. My account has my website email as the account email.

  I just purchased G suite and it looks like they sent the confirmation email and instructions on how to log into my new website email to… my website email.

  Help!

  Are you able to access that address?

  Hi,

  I’m not clear as what the issue is here. If G suite sent something to an email address that you don’t access to, then why not ask them to send it again to another email address, one that you have access to?

  I’m not sure if I fully understand the question, but it felt like they were saying they bought (email visible only to moderators and staff) but the notification was sent to a not-yet-existing (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  I can confirm it wasn’t though in this case. Just not sure if they’re looking at the correct address.

  Yes, that is the case. I bought (email visible only to moderators and staff), and my wordpress account email was already (email visible only to moderators and staff). Before I bought G-Suite, mail@domain WAS being redirected to my personal email account. So that’s how I was able to access it before.

  I have gone ahead and changed the wordpress account email address back to my personal email address, but that does not help me since I can’t find a way to resend the email verification for my G Suite.

  @jennyryoo actually I went to see if I could reset the password for you and re-send the welcome info, and on my side it says you have already logged in. Can you confirm?
