Can't Access Gravatar Settings

I can’t access any Gravatar settings. Every time I try, I get the ‘Sign in to Gravatar with WordPress.com Connect’ screen. I click the ‘Sign in with WordPress.com’ button and it just reloads the same screen. Over and over and over again. What’s going on?

Gravatar/blavatar (favicon) images do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change.

Dashboard → Settings → General
* Replace “http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG” below with the actual name of your blog in the URL

Do not keep uploading!
