Can’t access human help, and yes I have a paid account

The idiotic chatbot won’t give a human option. I typed human and it said it would connect me to a human, but no option. When I hit the thumbsdown, an option to contact a human became available. I clicked it and a chat window appeared — so I typed my question and hit continue. The window and whole thing just disappeared. No “we’ll be in touch” or “waiting for someone to respond”. This happens to me every time. I have my adblockers disabled and I have a paid account. This really is unacceptable. So much for “Customers on our paid plans receive fast, 24/7 responses from our expert team.”
