I did not see you mention it in your message, but you are needing help with bigbendcoastalconservancy.org yes?
From what I can see, the site bigbendcoastalconservancy.org appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on OVH Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and OVH also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. You can ask OVH support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
