Can't Access Live Chat Support

  How come I can’t access live chat support for my website? I have the premium plan and for some reason in the plugins section I can’t locate the plugin to activate the live chat support system.

  Please help.

  There are problems with my website. During the upgrade process things changed such as the presentation of my site. When I set it up originally the layout and presentation is exactly how I wanted to. Since the upgrade took place that’s not case. I upgraded my site this past week on Saturday to be exact. Ainslie a Happiness Engineer made contact with me but when returned her email she yet to respond back. I included screenshots in the message to changes I mentioned. I need help in fixing those. My case #3092179.
