Cant access live chat support

  Hello,
  Im having trouble with my site, i keep getting the message “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”

  I can see there are some solutions but non of them work for me…..
  when i try to connect to live chat I cant

  so my website that i paid a lots of money for is now useless and i cant even access the support i paid for :/
