Can’t access Live Chat Support

  I used Live Chat Support a few days ago, but today when I went to use it again, there is only the Forum & Email option. Anyone know why this would happen?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I checked your dashboard, and the live chat is available:

  Remember that for Premium plan sites, Live Chat is availalbe Monday to Friday.

  If you tried accessing it during the weekend, this is why you couldn’t get to us this way 😊
