Cant access live chat with wordpress support team

  Hi

  I can’t get in touch with live chat support like before. It either tells me that I need to enable third-parties cookies, which it then tells I have done successfully. But then asks me to do it again. I have tried different browsers, cleared cookies and cache, reset permissions but it does not work. I also saw other users in the forum have had similar issues without any solution or fix.

  Apart from not being able to even reach the support team, i need some help with my website http://www.vinay.fit – a ‘Cart’ icon seems to have suddenly appeared on the top right menu of my wesbite. We dont even sell any physical products so i dont know how or why this cart icon suddenly appeared. Can you please fix this for me, because i just dont know where this cart icon came from or how to remove it

  1. Accessing support.
     • Please provide me with more details so I can begin troubleshooting this problem for you. Which browsers and version numbers did you attempt? In the next reply, please insert a full-page screenshot of the message you are seeing. I’d also like to know if you’ve tried any other troubleshooting steps since writing to us here in the forum.
  2. Removing the cart icon from your site.
     • When I review the site, there is no cart icon on the front page. This is how it looks in my browser. Please confirm if more help is needed with this question.
