  did a bunch of updates now cant access media. reloaded site a number of times.

  Are you talking about foreverbellies.com? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with 1&1 Ionos.
