I can’t access my account raoufz1.wordpress.com
I’m already signed in, I’ve enter the username and password correctly but it says it’ll send me SMS code to verify, but nothing was sent
I’ve been waiting for an 4 Hours, I’m sure the number is currently working okay, as I receive FB, Twitter and other services on the same Mobile
I can’t even send a complain to the form, so I created another account to send a question in the forumI also tried to rest account but also it asked for SMS Code and nothing was sent

When you set up two-step authentication, did you print out the backup codes for use in a situation like this?
If you didn’t print the backup codes, and you’re not getting them via SMS, you’ll need to please submit the account recovery form and someone will reply via email to help you with this.

I didn’t setup two step authentication, so I’ve no backup codes
The account recovery need Proof of Ownership which I’ve none of them
I can send message to any mobile number with my no [contact info redacted]
I still have open session in both PC and Mobile, but can’t access settings.even with resetting account it need again to send SMS verification

If you didn’t set up two-step authentication, the who did? Only someone logged into your account can set that up. It is not enabled by default.
I sent an email to the address on file for that account. Please reply there so we can help you with this.

I replied to the mail, I’m sure that I didn’t enable the google authentication, I only setup the Mobile number
