Can’t access my account.

  Hello
  I’ve forgotten my username and password because I has an employee who administrated my site. However, this employee is no longer in my business, and I can’t acces my account. My web page is still working and I’m paying for it, but I can’t access it; that is change content, etc. Does anyone now what I should do?

  If you are unable to recall your username, password and email, the only way to recover your account is through Account Recovery process available here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  If you’re unable to provide any of the required information, you will unfortunately not be able to regain access to your account.

  One thing to make note of though, the above process for the Account Recovery of a WordPress.com account, if your website is hosted elsewhere then may be able to find an answer on the WordPress.org support page at the link provided: https://wordpress.org/support/ or as an alternative you may want to contact your hosting provider.
