Can’t Access my account

  I been trying to call the support line for 2 weeks now and haven’t gotten a answer. I can’t access my old account, because my email is no longer in service. I don’t all my years of work to be for nothing.

  To regain access to the account that owns that site, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  As you used to own upgrades on that site, the simplest way to verify your ownership would be via a transaction ID for a past payment on the site.

  I been trying to call the support line for 2 weeks now and haven’t gotten a answer.

  We don’t offer phone support and don’t have a support line, so I don’t know who you’ve been trying to call, but it isn’t us.

  I don’t have my transaction ID, but I have my card information used for those upgrades.

  With your credit card information, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with billing information. You can also reach out to billing support there directly. You should be able to get the transaction ID from the credit card statement.
