Can't access my account

    We had a website through wordpress. Site Ground is the host.
    {USERNAME/PSSWD REMOVED}

    I signed up with a marketing group, Big Little Gyms who created another website for us, occupying our URL. I don’t plan on staying with Big Little Gym forever and would plan to reactivate my pre-existing website through WordPress. I don’t know what my subscription with WordPress was, but I did not expect to completely lose my account. When I try to log in, it says the user doesn’t exist. There are landing pages I’d like to be able to access and will continue to pay WordPress to keep my content accessible.

    I have created this present account so I was able to post to the forum. Please tell me what I am doing wrong or need to do to get back my previous account.

  • Hi,

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. Based on the nameservers your domain is using, it looks like that host is GoDaddy.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    However, in this instance, contacting your host’s support team might be most useful.

    If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:
