Can’t Access my Account!

  I can’t access my account. droneshub.live.

  Why? And your recovery form is impssible to get thorugh.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: No

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well you posted your question in a public forum, that’s why. Also there is really no need to use ‘tf’ and similar.

  You are logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current and log in again to your other account that ons that site.

  there is no private way to contact support. for a paid product, yes, it requires a ‘tf’.

  im not logged in into the wrong account. they’re unconnected, even though my account’s email has the domain attached to it.

  tried to recover the account for the domain and it’s this account.

  But there is a private way to contact support. But as you aren’t logged in to the account owning that site, you can’t contact support private.

  And again: you are logged in to the wrong account. You created shahar11fff4b85f only 2 hours ago, so it cannot own a domain or site you created back in May 2024.

  So: Log out from current and log in again to your other account that owns that site. If you can’t remember your login credentials, you can use the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

  Hey, once again, i connected via a login link bc it’s impossible to do otherwise. i cannot do an account recovery as it wasn’t found using the domain. so yes, i don’t have access to the account.

  I attached a screenshot from my gmail, the same one i used for the login link rn, to show you that this is the email connected to the domain.

  Do read https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help and act accordingly to get access to the account owning that site.

  feels like you don’t read my messages. i tried. the domain isn’t connected to the email that bought it.
