Can’t access my account

  I bought a wordpress plan and was working on the site when it froze. Some how and my email is not linked to the plan I bought and I have no way of accessing it. How do I fix this? Do I just cancel the payment and restart?

  Site should be dorafromerart.com (I was charged for the plan but I can’t access it). I was charged $96.00 on October 9, 2024 by [redacted]
