Can’t access my account and need to speak to a human being at WordPress

Hi. The guy who was helping me (now MIA) changed my email on my wordpress account so I can’t access my account and can’t get password recovery. My old password is not working. I paid $300 in May and need access to a human being to fix this.

This WordPress.com account was only created 2 hours ago so won’t have any connection with your existing site. What is the full address of the site you’re unable to log in to?

It is not this account. I just created this account in order to be able to communicate with anyone out there / in WordPress.
My account was created in May (may 2nd) 2019. I can’t log into that WordPress account as the email was changed and my password isn’t working. That is a business account. Where I’m writing from now is only a regular account.
I did find a phone number to call 1-877-994-9757 that the credit card company said is WordPress’s phone number but no one has answered. I left a message but of course nobody has called back. I will keep trying as I need access to the account I paid for in May.

Hi there,
That isn’t a phone number for WordPress.com, it’s a number for a third party company called Geometric Box, which provides services for the self-hosted version of WordPress – that is completely separate to the hosted service provided here.
Can you post the address of the site you need help with so we can point you in the right direction of where you should be seeking support?

That site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. It’s hosted by Google. So even human beings here won’t be able to assist as the site isn’t held on WordPress.com servers. If you paid Google $300 does than include any support from them?

I didn’t pay Google. I paid WordPress on 5/2/19 $300 for a business account to host the domain. I purchased the domain name from Google but Google is not the hosting service.
I still can’t get into my WordPress account and I still don’t know what to do. That $300 was to WordPress and I need help getting into my account. I don’t know how else or how many times or ways to say that.

Ok. I saw that the nameservers of that domain were pointing to Google. The irony is if you were logged in to your correct Business plan account you’d have access to Livechat with staff. This thread is already tagged for staff assistance. Please be patient as it is the weekend.
