Can’t Access My Account – Old Email Inaccessible, Need to Change Email

  Hello,

  I need help because I cannot log in to my WordPress.com account. All login links and password resets are sent to my old email, which I no longer have access to. I cannot recover the account or access invoices because I can’t receive any emails on that address.

  I would like to change the email on my account to a new one, but I can’t do this myself since I can’t log in.
  What steps should I follow, or who can I contact, to verify my identity and update my account email?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  You succesfully logged in to your worpdress.com account meametalro, so you can change the email address. Or are you talking about another wordpress.com account?
