Can't Access My Account Settings?

    Hey, I’m having problems with my account. I want to disable two-step authentication (I don’t have the codes) for my blog and also change my phone number, since I lost my old phone and now have a new one with a different number. However, when I click on my profile to do so, it asks me fora verification code which was sent to my old phone, so I obviously can’t access it, and I am unable to disable the two-step authentication or even change my phone number. Any advice?

    Are you trying to do this for this account, or for another one?

    When you enabled two-step authentication you were provided with a set of ten backup codes. Please use one of those codes to disable two-step authentication on your account if you are no longer able to receive the text messages.
