    I have a word press paid account for business. My free plan was to detox with andra at this email. I paid for a year of the business plan and purchased a domain. healthy-livings.org. I was unable to access. I  received and email with reference to the domain but no receipt for that purchase. I had to purchase a new account yesterday for pounds to go business plan because I am working with a virtual assistant in the philippines and despite hours of trying to get in I could not. There’s no live person to connect 2.  I used my capitol one card $326.63 my name is andra annette The purchase was on oct 13 and cleared on oct 14. As of yesterday it was still telling me I had to upgrade to install website. So I knew I paid already and now have pounds to go. I had to purchase a new business plan and a domain. I can get into my new one but my concern is I paid for a year and now am paying for a monthly because I wasn’t paying again. Please direct me. The new account is being paid with card ending 4620.

    Thanks for those extra details.

    The Business plan and domain purchase were made under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into (detoxwithandra) so you would need to log out of this account and log into your other account.

    If you don’t remember what the other account is, if you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
