Can’t access my admin page

  Hi. The other day, I went into my WordPress admin page and changed my password. I thought I saved the information correctly on my phone, but it’s telling me ‘incorrect password’ when I go to log in now, and when I try to recover it by doing the ‘forgot password’ option it won’t send to my email because it’s not linked with the account yet. So I can’t seem to find a way to log in. Is there anything else I can do? I spent a lot of time on this website.
