Can't access my admin pages

I have been trialling Clickfunnels but decided it’s not for me, so I have disconnected my url/domain from there and I hoped it would just go back to wordpress/thrive however it’s still connected to Clickfunnels and I have no way of accessing/viewing the content I created on my site
I understand I would need to speak to my hosting company about the re-direction but all this had taught me I need to back up my original info in case anything like this ever happens again. Is there a way to access my admin pages without using my custom url (www.designedtonetwork.co.uk)?

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
