cant access my blog

  hi,

  i cant access my blog. it just doesnt load when i try and access it. it seems to open 1 out of 10 trys. please can u help me fix this. its a student blog so my tutor needs to access it. if the page wont load he wont try 10 times. is there a problem with wordpress at the moment? my other blogs seem to work fine.
